Hypersensitivity, thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, antithrombin III deficiency, cerebrovascular disorders, ischemic heart disease, sickle cell anemia, carcinoma of the breast and endometrium, etc.. Estrogen-dependent tumors, bleeding from the urinary organs of unknown etiology, pregnancy, lactation, liver failure, liver cancer, disorders lipid metabolism, diabetes mellitus (severe), hypertension, hemolytic anemia, otosclerosis.

Bleeding from the genital tract (unknown cause), malignant tumors of the breast or uterus; marked liver dysfunction, benign and malignant tumors of the liver; thrombophlebitis, thromboembolism, antithrombin III deficiency; cerebrovascular accident; myocardial infarction; sickle cell anemia; genital herpes.

Diseases of the liver and gall bladder, epilepsy, depression, ulcerative colitis, uterine fibroids, breast disease, tuberculosis, kidney disease, adolescence (without regular ovulatory cycles).


Inside, the first tablet – on the first day of menstruation. Next day – 1 tablet per day for 20 days followed by a 7-day interval. Bleeding occurs a few days after the last pill. The next cycle begins after a 7-day interval.

Side effect

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, impaired appetite, bleeding, cholelithiasis (exacerbation), kidney disease (worsening), breast tenderness, headaches, depression, fluid retention, weight change, loss of libido, chloasma, impaired glucose tolerance, increased blood pressure.

Possible: spotting from the vagina, increased vaginal secretion, vaginal candidiasis, cervical erosion. There may be an increase or decrease in body weight, breast tenderness, discharge from the nipple; nausea, vomiting; migraine headaches; depression; skin rash. If you find the above symptoms should consult a doctor.

Special instructions. After stopping treatment function of female reproductive glands rapidly recovered in full, which ensures the normal ability to conceive. Appointment after childbirth or abortion (miscarriage) is recommended to be held not earlier than the first normal menstrual cycle.
