Mode of action – improving erectile function.

Dosage ofÂ Megalis

In older men (65 years and older): initial dose – 20 mg.
Renal failure: the initial dose – 20 mg Megalis.
At moderate renal insufficiency (Cl creatinine 31-50 ml / min), the recommended initial dose – not more than 5 mg per day; the maximum dose – not more than 10 mg every 48 hours In severe renal failure patients on hemodialysis, the maximum recommended dose -. not more than 5 mg per day.
Abnormal liver function. When liver failure (mild to moderate severity), the maximum dose is 10 mg 1 time per day. In severe hepatic insufficiency: the use of the drug is not recommended.
For the skin: rash, itching, sweating.
