Composition of Prilosec

Active ingredients of Prilosec

omeprazole magnesium.

Inactive ingredients:

glyceryl monostiarat;

hydroxypropyl cellulose;


iron oxide;

stiarat magnesium;

methacrylic acid copolymer;

cellulose microcrystals;


politetilen glycol 6000;

poliorbat 80;

polyvinyl pyrrolidone;

sodium fumarate;




titanium dioxide;

triethyl citrate.

Mode of application

Tablets should be used once a day (every 24 hours), every day for 14 days.

It may take 1 — 4 days to effect complete, although some people get complete relief of heartburn symptoms for 24 hours.

14-day course of treatment for heartburn with Prilosec:

swallow 1 tablet, Solo water in the morning before eating;

Eat every day for 14 days;

do not use more than one tablet per day;

do not chew and grind the tablets;

Do not use the tablets with food;

do not use pills more than 14 days.

Repeated 14-day course of treatment for heartburn with Prilosec (if necessary):

Indications for use Prilosec

Vomiting of blood.

Bloody or black stools.
